Founder & TeacherUranio Paes is internationally recognized as one of the foremost Enneagram teachers of his generation, with three decades of dedicated work in the field. He is known for his powerful and distinctive psychological, spiritual, and transformational work with individuals and groups in programs and retreats, using his Enneagram mat to boost transformation – a method that he pioneered and that was later adopted by many other teachers.
Chief Operating OfficerBeatriz Pavão Silva
Beatriz has been working in the field of the Enneagram since 2020, combining professional experience and personal development through this system. Graduated in Interior Design from Belas Artes University of São Paulo and holding an MBA in Digital Marketing from Impacta University, she has a strategic and creative profile, as well as great ease in developing new projects, leading processes, and adapting to different challenges.
